H.L. Blachford Sponsors SCI Canada Awards
Recently, H.L. Blachford Ltd. was named a sponsor of the 2021 Society of Chemical Industry (SCI) Canada Awards. SCI was established in 1881 in hopes to help create new products and processes that represent the innovations and evolution of technology. SCI Canada was established a little over 20 years later in 1902 and each year recognizes achievements and innovation in the Canadian chemical industry.
For several years, John Blachford was the chair for the SCI in Canada and was even named the recipient of the 2016 Canada Medal.
SCI is registered with charity groups in over 70 countries around the world, including their headquarters in London.
