Blachford Acoustics Group Awarded 2021 ARPM Innovation Award
Last week at the ARPM (Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers) Benchmarking & Best Practices Conference, it was announced that Blachford Acoustics Group was awarded a 2021 ARPM Innovation Award for Employee Retention. During our 100th year in business, Blachford was voted second place nationally in the industry regarding employee retention innovation.
In our application for consideration of the award, our HR team broke down our benefit plans as well as highlighted some of the recent activities celebrating our 100 Year Anniversary. The voters recognized Blachford to have some of the best benefits and strongest employee communication opportunities. During the award ceremony, the presenters specifically called out Blachford’s employee referral programs, company gatherings, salaried hybrid work schedules and company-wide town hall meetings each quarter.
