Blachford Inc. Awarded PACCAR’s 10 PPM Quality Award for 3rd Year in a Row

For the 5^th time in 6 years and 3^rd year in a row, Blachford Incorporated (West Chicago, IL) has been named a recipient of PACCAR’s 10 PPM Quality Award.  Each year, this award is presented to PACCAR suppliers that complete a quality score of 10 PPM (parts per million) or lower. PACCAR’s Supplier Quality Manager, Pri Barman was on hand at Blachford last month to present the Senior Management team with the award.

PACCAR is among the world’s largest manufacturers of medium and heavy-duty trucks.  The company is made up of subsidiaries Peterbilt, Kenworth and DAF, brands known worldwide for their unparalleled quality.  In a press release regarding the 10 PPM award, PACCAR’s Senior Vice President Darrin Siver stressed how important suppliers have been to PACCAR and that achieving 10 PPM during the global supply chain issues is truly remarkable.
