Blachford RP Wins Another ARPM Safety Award

For the second year in a row, the team at Blachford RP in Kings Mountain, NC were awarded the ARPM (Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers) Best Practice Safety Award (3rd Place).

The award recognizes best practices that organizations have implemented to increase overall safety. Blachford RP’s best practice centered around novel communications within a diverse workforce with multiple languages. This included visual (rather then written) communications, real-time translations during training sessions, and safety commitment banners. All award winners were selected by ARPM membership vote.

According to their website ARPM states “the Safety Best Practice Award is a way to recognize the best practices that organizations have implemented to increase overall safety. Award submissions range from employee safety training and emergency training to tracking safety methods and mold change safety.”

We are extremely proud of Blachford RP receiving these two awards.  Blachford’s commitment to safety is one of our highest standards and these awards attest to our strong culture of health and safety for our employees.
