Kleenrinse 627
Kleenrinse 627 is a liquid cleaner designed for in-process metal cleaning, metal parts washing, and heat-treating operations. Formulated with a specialized blend of synthetic surfactants, it provides excellent detergency and soil dispersion while maintaining very low emulsification characteristics. This unique balance allows oils and oily soils to be lifted and suspended for removal while enabling easy reclamation of cleaning solutions through simple skimming methods. Near pH-neutral in use, Kleenrinse 627 helps protect cutting fluid additives from alkaline degradation and is specifically engineered to provide extended cleaning solution life and reduced disposal requirements.
