What documents should I include with my application?

At minimum: SDS/TDS, a sample COA, applicable certifications (ISO 9001/14001; SFSF/NSF HX-1 if relevant), and Certificates of Insurance.

Do you require audits?

We may conduct remote or onsite supplier assessments. Audit rights and expectations are outlined in our Quality Requirements document.

How will change-control work?

Suppliers must notify Blachford in advance of any material, process, or site changes and wait for written approval prior to shipment.

Do you accept alternative eco-formulations?

Yes—please identify eco-attributes (e.g., zinc-free, APEO-free) and provide comparative performance data where available.
