    CALFORD® PG-100 is a pre-formed di-urea thickener using MDI in powder format, designed for polyurea greases manufactured with fewer steps, less energy, and greater accuracy than conventional in-situ methods. Because the isocyanates are fully reacted, there are no health or safety issues handling the thickener, and grease can be made using conventional reactors and kettles.
