    CALFORD® R-268 is a highly effective powdered anti-tack agent for uncured rubber. It consists of a 100% active blend of specialty clays, stearates, soluble soaps, and surfactants.

    CALFORD® R-268 provides excellent release properties for a wide range of rubbers and does not cause any detrimental effects to the final rubber product. For maximum performance — and to prevent issues such as dusting, flaking, and sedimentation — CALFORD® R-268 is formulated without fillers.

    What is the NINJA system? 

    The NINJA is Blachford’s automated dilution equipment. It provides complete solids control taking the guesswork out of anti-tack.
    Yes, we have products that meet the most stringent requirements including direct and indirect food contact. We even have an anti-tack that is food grade which works great for medical applications too.
    Yes. Our anti-tack has a low pickup rate and it’s fast-drying which means less product needed to coat your rubber and less loss on the wig wag and/or during hand stacking or boxing. With the addition of our NINJA system, we can optimize your usage and save you money.
    Anti-tacks can be used during every process of a rubber manufacturing facility. As a spray to coat the mixer chute; after the mill or extruder in a dip tank, flood or spray line; molding of the tire, tread or part; there are many uses for anti-tack.
