    CHEMDRAW® 691-B is a complex potassium salt and soap solution that will contribute to the arc stability during welding when applied either diluted or as received on copper coated and bare low carbon steel or stainless steel wires. It dries to a fingerprint-resistant film that protects against black staining. CHEMDRAW 691-B is non-corrosive, provides excellent sedimentation rates, and inhibits copper soap formation. It mixes readily with water to form a stable solution.
