    K-LUBE® is a specialty release agent and mixer chute lubricant comprised of 20% active liquid potassium soap.

    K-LUBE® significantly reduces maintenance costs by reducing the time required to remove rubber build-up inside batch mixers and chutes. It has been proven to drastically reduce rework and scrap caused by cured rubber debris from the chute and/or mixer falling into newly mixed rubber as well.

    K-LUBE® can also be used as a non-pigmented rubber release agent to provide a clear, flexible, uniform, and non-dusting coating on uncured rubber.

    K-LUBE® D is a dilute, ready-to-use version. Both versions are also known as CHUTIC and CHUTIC D.

    K-LUBE® 467 is formulated using all vegetable-based components and is free of hexylene glycol.

    What is the NINJA system? 

    The NINJA is Blachford’s automated dilution equipment. It provides complete solids control taking the guesswork out of anti-tack.
    Yes, we have products that meet the most stringent requirements including direct and indirect food contact. We even have an anti-tack that is food grade which works great for medical applications too.
    Yes. Our anti-tack has a low pickup rate and it’s fast-drying which means less product needed to coat your rubber and less loss on the wig wag and/or during hand stacking or boxing. With the addition of our NINJA system, we can optimize your usage and save you money.
    Anti-tacks can be used during every process of a rubber manufacturing facility. As a spray to coat the mixer chute; after the mill or extruder in a dip tank, flood or spray line; molding of the tire, tread or part; there are many uses for anti-tack. If you have a ‘sticking’ problem in your plant, talk to one of our experts to see if we can help. If we don’t have a product that will work for your application then our R&D team will make one.
