    XD 820 is a sprayable weld wire arc stabilizer and feed aid formulated with potassium salts and soaps, synthetic lubricants, oil, and surfactants. Applied as-received or diluted with water, it improves arc stability and wire feedability, dries to an oily potassium-rich film, inhibits copper soap formation, and mixes readily to form a stable solution.
